Most have heard that the market is improving.  More activity, less inventory, prices up, more multiple offers, etc.

I was watching my daughters play rugby the other night and speaking to another realtor who shared with me the following.  She said that she was at the office that day and both copiers were not working.  They finally got one back working and the entire office ran out of paper.   On top of that, they had run low on coffee.

While this data won’t make the news, it is definitely an indication we’re getting busier and there’s more activity out there in real estate.
